Based on a quiet part of Sandills, with a dog walk 50 yards away and a 10-minute stroll to everything that Butlins has to offer, this has a spacious interior with a 55-inch smart TV. You need to bring your own bed linen and towels, mattress and pillow protectors are provided. 1 x double bedroom with TV, 2 x twin bedrooms, large bathroom area with shower, second toilet with vanity sink, no smoking or vaping allowed, 10mph limit on park, dogs must be kept on leads at all times Outside decking area with gate to keep your children and pets safe, with table and chairs, egg chair for falling asleep time, all safety gas and electric checks up to date as per Butlins policy, all alarms checked before guests arrive, fire extinguisher and fire blanket as standard 21 years as owners on Butlins, loved every minute; we bought a second van for family, which is the one we sublet; when not in use, we sublet to cover costs, Feel free to enquire about 2027 prices and available dates
